She gets one small gift daily until her actual birthday. That takes the emphasis off Christmas as the only day of gifts (other than birthdays) every year. Second year in a row doing this and she is loving it. I love Ebay for all their wonderful prices; free shipping deals and toys. Sometimes, I have found one dollar children's CD-roms and educational DVDs on there. Those are always a really popular birthday item for my own child. And, yes she got an Elmo and Ernie doll this year; one of those cute stuffed toys kids love so much. I'm always looking for Amazon or Ebay coupon codes. If you have any of those, please post.
