If you’ve thought about selling those old cell phones and other gadgets on eBay but ended up thinking it would be just a little too much for you to do, there still may be hope for making money with them. Second Rotation is a company that buys second hand gadgets and then turns around and sells them on eBay. Obviously, you could sell the item yourself, but Second Rotation will guarantee the money to you and pay you right away. It’s a sure thing in other words. No worries about whether you’ll get any bidders, if the price will be enough, or even that the buyer will pay. Second Rotation takes care of it for you.
I think I’ll stick to selling my stuff myself, but I can see plenty of people who are unfamiliar with the eBay site and how to sell things going the Second Rotation way as it should be much simpler than trying to sell on eBay. I think we’ll see plenty more of these kind of sites popping up in the future. Wherever there is work to be done, there’s someone willing to pay for it. Find a niche and take advantage of it!

I work at an online computer gizmo retailer, and we’ve always got old skus of lcd monitor arms and other random peripherals laying around. In fact, I’m looking at a box of assorted unsellable products that we are now seriously considering sending off to Second Rotation. Thanks for the heads up!

That’s just what we’ve been looking for with our online retail site for some stuff we want to shove off. We’re debating between that or a woot-style grab bag.
