9 February 2007Paypal is running a promotion right now for a $15 rebate on any purchase over $30. That’s just like finding a 50% off PayPal Coupon Code! Of course, there are several stipulations. Chief among them is that the payment must go to a business paypal account rather than a personal one. The nice part is that purchases made through the eBay checkout flow do qualify as long as they meet the other qualifications. The rebate is good from February 8, 2007 to March 31, 2007 and rebates will be paid before May 28, 2007.

The offer is bogus. It is only valid for people who have been ‘invited by PayPal’ to share the wealth. I entered my PayPal email and it said I was not eligible. Please review and edit your article. Thanks.
