Oltiby is just another in a long string of eBay alternative auction sites. Or is it?
They bill themselves as the reverse online auction site. So, what does that mean? What it means is that instead of sellers listing items and buyers bidding on them, it works in reverse. The buyers create a listing for something that they want and then sellers bid on the listing to be the lowest price.
Not only do you set the item, you set the maximum(starting) price, shipping method and price, and how to pay for the item. If the seller doesn’t like your terms, they don’t offer to sell it to you. Don’t fill your order? Up the starting price. Add extra shipping options and payment options.
Oltiby could be an exciting new alternative to eBay. Keep your eyes open for more from this innovative new site.

I think this could be something good. It looks like they have a new service – shopping space myBuyBLog – similar to myspace.com but it is for products you want to buy.
