Skip McGrath pointed out a pretty neat service that eBay offers, that very few of us are actually taking advantage of. You have the ability to create your own FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions). The FAQ’s will appear at the top of the page whenever a buyer clicks on the “Ask seller a question” link.
Do you have questions that you answer all the time? Questions about your combined shipping rates? Questions about what payment methods you accept? I know I do. I’ll be doing a little research on this service and trying to formulate some answers to my most common questions for my custom FAQ’s. It seems to be pretty easy. A few selections and a little typing.
