Is PayPal having Hiccups?

Chris at TameBay is having some problems with PayPal and intermittent payment processing. A commenter seems to be having the same problems. I was able to login, but since I did not have any purchases to make or sales to be paid for, I can’t say whether my account is affected. It’s also possible that U.S. accounts are not affected.

If your account is affected, keep an eye on Chris’ post and here for updates to a resolution or work around.
