I happened upon a fine list of potentially valid PayPal coupon codes.
- C-PAYPALXMAS : Works in EU and for some US buyers – gives $10 or 10 euros off of the core price.(not shipping and handling)
- CNOEL06 – save $12 off shipping and handling – expires Dec 13, European code that works in some USA accounts
- CPPEBAY03 – Various discounts, most readers report it is expired, but works for some. Try it on BINs first.
- CEBAY2006 – Various discounts ($5 off), most readers report it is expired, but works for some.
- CACTIVEOCT – 4 UK LBS off, rumored to work in USA
Most of them seem to be UK or Europe based, but I imagine that in some cases they might work if you’re buying from a UK or Europe seller. In any case, they are certainly worth a try on your next purchase.

FYI – none of these codes worked for me (i’m in the US)…

Not one of them worked for me with a BIN in the US

the CPPEBAY03 worked for me, I’m in the US and got 3.80 off of a 60$ purchase.
