With the release of the Playstation PS3 and the Nintendo Wii right before Thanksgiving, and the resulting frenzy for both on eBay could make eBay the hottest market for Gaming systems this holiday season.
PS3′s are selling for a premium and the Wii’s are still selling above retail value and most likely will continue to do so until at least Christmas and most likely well into the new year. If you or someone you know just has to have a PS3 or Wii, and they have to have it before Christmas, prepare to pay quite a bit more than retail. If there isn’t a rush, wait until spring when supplies should be better and you can pick one up for the retail price at just about any store.
If you have one… well, you might consider selling it on eBay this holiday season. The extra profit you make off of either one could buy you two once supplies increase.
