As Bill Cobb announced at the end of June, eBay has begun cracking down on excessive shipping fees. What that could mean is that no longer will there be a $.01 buy it now with a $20 shipping charge. What it could also mean is just another thing for eBay to not do perfectly and make a bunch of people mad.
That appears to be exactly what they are doing. One such thread of mad sellers started up just a couple of weeks ago and it would appear that several of the posters are less than happy with the way in which ebay is cracking down on the excessive shipping charges.
eBay has the right idea, they just need to follow through. It seems like everything they do is executed by someone with ADHD. Starting off with the best of intentions is no good if you move on to something else before the job is done. Stores are the latest example of this. They are a great asset to eBay, but they seem to have gotten bored with them and are trying to fee the stores out of existence.
Do they make meds for Corporations with ADHD?
