The downside to that is that your employee will have to come up with the withholding at tax time and it can make them disgruntled when they have to pay it in one large sum.

There are other smaller points that the addition of an employee or employees will bring to bear on your business. Much thought and deciding must go into the decision to add an employee. In the end, if you feel that your business needs an employee, you’ll have to figure out all of this to continue being successful at your eBay ventures.
