New Owners

Due to my lack of involvement in the site (I’ve simply moved onto other things) just last week I sold the site and everything to do with it to a new owner. I’ve had some great times with the site but seeing it sit idle for almost 18 months was too much for me. I figured I might as well sell the site and let someone else continue the great work we once did at eBayhabit.com.

The new owners also experienced eBayer’s maybe more experienced than myself took over the site a few days ago and as you can probably already see they’ve gone and done a complete facelift and cleanup of the site (always good to see). I have high hopes for the new direction the site will be going and I’ll drop by from time to time to see how things are going. You never know I may even come back and guest post.

On that note I want to say my official goodbye and hand the site over officially to the new owners, who I’m told have some amazing plans for the site. Good luck eBayhabit.com!

Comment Issues

For whatever reason, the engine behind the scenes here has decided that it does not need to email me when a comment is held over for moderation. As a result, there were some 30 comments that were waiting on me to fix them up. Nearly 75% or more of those were spam, however, so it was a quick fix. The rest of you who may have had comments in moderation should have been approved however. Hopefully, I’ll figure out what is causing the issue and have a fix for it relatively soon.

2009 is winding down, mere hours left, and here comes 2010! I hope 2009 was good to you, but I wish that 2010 is so much better!

Be sure to ring in the new year tonight and then set to meeting your goals for the year right away. The quicker you get them started, the faster you’ll meet them. While you’re working on them, take a look at the resources on the right hand side of this site.

New Feature: Store of the week

As a companion to the Sunday Auctions of the week, I’ve decided to feature a Store of the week as well. If the response is good enough, I’ll post them every Saturday.

I’ll take submissions through the Contact Form here at eBay Habit and I’ll pick one from the list each week. If your store is selected, it can’t be selected again the next week. Since I’ll be making the selections, I’ll try and pick a new store each week and keep duplicate selections down as low as possible.

Since I haven’t received any submissions (due to lack of an announcement) I’ll just pick the store of a fellow eBay blogger. So, this weeks Store of the week is:
