Ever go searching for an item on eBay and find a few that are misspelled?  Or start looking for something unrelated and find a misplaced auction because of a misspelling?

Well, you’re not alone.  In fact there are those that will search for items based entirely on misspellings of the real search terms.  Why you may ask?  Because less people will find the items without the real search terms and it might sell for less.

A site that is designed to search for misspelled keywords in auction titles and descriptions is Auction-Typos.com.  They have a complete database of the common misspellings of different keywords and automatically do a search of eBay based on what you are really searching for.

It can be an excellent tool for finding what you want and possibly saving a few dimes on it.  It can also be a great tool for finding misspelled items for resale.
