Yahoo! shuttering Yahoo! Auctions

Yahoo told AuctionBytes that they would be closing down the Yahoo! Auctions as of June 16th.

Pennsylvania eBayers: auctioneer licenses needed?

The Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational affairs is currently considering a case involving two eBay consignment stores. They are being investigated for selling items at auction without an auctioneer license.
While many states have considered requiring auctioneer licenses for all ebayers, this seems to be pointed more at the consignment stores. [...]

eBay launched the ToGo service for website owners and webmasters that gives them the ability to embed a flash widget into any website. You can refine the auctions down to any one auction or just a group of auctions by keyword/search.
